We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your Personal Data and comply with the applicable data protection laws in Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law its Implementing Regulation and guidelines issued by Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

We will always make such transfers in accordance with the permissible modes under the KSA PDPL.

  • The destination country has an adequacy decision status.
  • Appropriate safeguards (Binding Common Rules, Standard Contractual Clauses)
  • The transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract/obligation involving the Data Subject or to defend legal claims.
  • The transfer is required to serve the interests of KSA.
  • The transfer is required to perform an obligation under an agreement to which KSA is a party.
  • The transfer is necessary to conduct processing operation that enables Tracking to carry out its activities including central management operations.
  • The transfer results in providing a service or benefit to the Data Subject.
  • The transfer is to conduct scientific research and studies.

We will always ensure, while transferring your Personal Data outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to accord with the principle of data minimization (i.e., only minimum amount of personal data is transferred to achieve the purpose of transfer). We will also ensure to preserve and protect your privacy and ensuring that your rights under the KSA PDPL are not infringed and that we are able to comply with our obligations under the KSA PDPL.
